How old is your cat, really?

There’s a new more accurate way to figure out your cats age that has nothing to do with multiplying anything by 7.

According to many veterinarians, this formula more accurately translates a cats age into human years.

The new formula goes like this. A 1 year old cat would be equivalent to 15 in human years. A 2 year old cat would translate into 24 years. After 2 years of age, add four human years for every cat year. So a three year old cat would be 28 and a 4 year old cat would be, yup, 32.

In case you suck at math, like me, just use the chart below to do all the calculations.
